This is a Free feature but is far more limited for free servers than TicketsPRO servers
How to use
This requires setup first of all, and you'll need to run the /transcript config command, this has two options both must be set for it to allow you to create transcripts
Access Role: This is the role that can create these transcripts, we recommend a support role
Transcripts channel: This is where the transcripts are sent, we recommend a private channel
After these are setup you can create transcripts
Creating Transcripts
To create transcripts you run the /transcribe command, after doing so we will begin extracting messages and creating the file, this will consume a 'transcript' after its done generating it'll appear in your transcript channel
To view this transcript simply download and open the .html file in a browser, as thats where html files are run, any browser that supports html will work.
Limits
This is a free feature, and you don't need to pay ever to use it however there are weekly limits on both tiers For Free Servers there will be a limit of 20/week, after this is exhasted you'll either need to upgrade to TicketsPRO or wait for next week For Servers on TicketsPRO the limit is 5x larger for 100/week, if this is exhausted (which we dont think will, its very large) you'll need to wait for next week for it to reset, there is currently no way to built-in way get more at this time; if you have TicketsPRO and NEED more we may consider giving you some extra, to request this head over to our contact and select "TicketsPRO" you will need to give us a in-depth reason and server details: https://www.invomagic.com/contact
Failure to generate
If something fails to generate; it could be with our internal API, if this the case please let us know in support and we'll get to fixing it asap
Generate Links To Transcripts
Don't want to download your transcript? Or wanna share it easily with a friend? Or maybe; perhaps you want to password protect it? Well dont worry, we can host your transcripts on our servers; for FREE!
How to Generate a Transcript Link
You can either toggle Hosting Defaults on (/transcript config), or you can you can click generate with a button that is shown on transcripts that are not already hosted With either one you'll get a link that goes like this https://transcribed.invomagic.com/view/(Transcript ID) upon visiting you'll be served the transcript
Hosted Transcripts are deleted off our servers after 4 months to ensure our DB doesnt get filled to the brim, if you need to access it after you can always use the file we sent you in your set channel.
Passwords
If you want to secure your transcript with a password; You can! Be default you have passwords on, if you dont want passwords on you toggle this off (/transcript config) also by default the passwords are randomized, if you want custom passwords you'll needle toggle that on (/transcript config)
When visiting a password protected transcript you'll be greeted with this screen
To get past this screen and view the transcript enter in the password and click "View Transcript" that will then load the content from our database Please note you cannot change a password in our database, make sure you dont delete the password you are given/have set
Delete a hosted Transcript
Once a Transcript has been deleted it CANNOT be recovered, continue with caution!
If you dont want us to host your transcripts anymore simply run the /transcript delete command, you'll need to have Administrator to do this, and you'll need the Trancsript ID, the Transcript ID is found at the end after /view/

After running and confirming we'll delete the transcript off our database!
