Translations have limits, these are in the form of Translate Credits, which are reset monthly.

Each character you translate costs 1 translate credit, if you dont have enough credits to translate something Tickets wont translate it.

Free users get 1000 Translate Credits/month TicketsPRO Users get 5000 Translate Credits/month You can find out how many you have remaining with /me translate-balance If you run out of credits you'll need to wait till the month ends to get more.
