How to setup

Ready to setup your Ticketing System? No Worries! We'll walk you through it here /ticket-setup is used to create a Ticket Panel, Ticket panels can be used to create Tickets by clicking a button! Of course, there are options you need to fill in, lets go over those

Options

log: This is the channel where Ticket openings, Ticket Closings, and Ticket Claimings are sent type: This is the Type of Ticket Panel you want to make, at the moment only 'Custom' is choosable, we plan to expand into preset in the near future! category: This is the category ID where Tickets are created locked-category: This is the category ID where Locked tickets are sent transcripts: This is where Lite Transcripts are sent (Our better, professional, and HTML transcripts are found here) level-config: The Leveling Service to use, you can find more info here, if you wish to not use one select the None option level-req: The level requirement you wish to enforce blacklist: Anyone with this role will be unable to create a ticket requirement: Someone must have this role to create a ticket

After selecting all your options and sending the command you'll see a popup with questions, heres what to input in each one Form Q1: This is the first question a user will get upon trying to open a ticket, it is a short one Form P1: This is the placeholder for the first question a user will get trying to open a ticket Form Q2: This is the second question a user will get upon trying to open a ticket, it is a long one Form P2: This is the the placeholder for the second question a user will get trying to open a ticket Image URL: This is the Image URL of the ticket, we recommend landscape based dimenensions to make it look pretty, but any image will work (It MUST be a Image Link from our CDN, more info on that here)

Panel Builder

Almost all of the Embed Aspects are free to customize, except for the Footer which requires TicketsPRO

After submitting the Popup above, you'll get This Panel Creator, Select the buttons below it to update any aspect of the embed! It will Update in real time so you can see how your emebed looks! After done customizing Select "Save & Continue" to go to the next step

Support Roles

Notice how unlike the previous version there was no "Support role" Option? Thats because you can select up to 5 in our role selector!

After selecting the roles click "Save & Continue"

Ping Role

You will then get a ping role selector, select the role you wish the pinged upon a ticket being opened.

In-Ticket Panel Builder

After that you'll come across a In-Ticket Panel Builder, like the Panel Builder you got first this one can updates in real time as well, this is the panel that will appear in the ticket the user creates Most of the panel may be customized although the user mention at the start and the Information header cannot be. After Customizing, as always, select "Save & Continue"

Final Details

You'll then be asked to customize the following Ticket Name: This will be the channel name Tickets uses when a user creates a ticket it will be then followed by a number 1-9999, for example if you chose "priosupport" the channel name will be something like "#priosupport-3883" Created Message: This is the message user gets after creating a ticket Label: This is purely for internal usage, it shows up in your logs to keep track which panel it was made from, it can be very descriptive or short as it will likely never be seen by your members After customizing, you once again select "Save & Continue"

This is the last selection you'll make, its where the Ticket Panel will be sent, and you'll have a channel selector, after that Tickets Will Process your settings and send it

Panel Sent & TicketID: Panel ID

You'll then have a message sent with your TicketID: Panel ID and the channel that you sent the panel to. Keep your TicketID: Panel ID safe, while not sensitive it can be used to recreate your panel easily and is not recoverable if you lost it so keep it some place where it wont be lost.
