React to Translate

Wherever Tickets is you can simply react to any message sent with a magnifying glass (🔍 /🔎) and Tickets will translate the message and DM you the translation
Configuration Translation
You can configure what language its translated in when you use reaction to translate with /me config-react-lang you can then select a language, after running the command new translations via reaction will use that language
