Possible errors

These are some possible errors you can encounter when using Anonymous Support

❌ | You must have the required Anon Access Role to use this. This means you dont have the Anon role that was setup, if you are a server admin simply give yourself this role.

Error! This isnt a ticket!

This error means that you arent in valid Ticket, this is most likely to you not using Tickets's Ticketing Ticket panels which are required to use this. While extremely unlikely this could be you somehow having a multiple months old surviving Ticket panel which was created before Anonymous Support came out, if this is the case recreate the panel.

This is a TicketsPRO exclusive feature, and as such you cannot use it, you can fix this by either having your friend apply one of their PRO Credits to your server or purchasing PRO yourself which is fairly cheap and supports us and what we're trying to do <3
