Anon Support

Anonymous Support, keep your staff safe and keep your server professional

Tickets has Anonymous Support! This is an awesome way to keep your staff safe, and looking professional!

Setup

Anonymous Support can be setup easily via the /anon-setup command

You'll need to set two different options Anon Role: The Role that will be set as the anonymous staff Anon Channel: Where anonymous messages will be logged (set this to a private channel!)

How to Enable Anonymous Support

When you are in a ticket created by Tickets via a ticket panel you setup you'll be able to enable them.

In one your tickets run the /enable-anon-support command this will enable Anonymous support in that channel and thus making messages from users with the Anon role Anonymous!

How To use Anonymous Support

Once its enabled you can use it one of two ways 1. Send a message: This method is a bit risky since users could have a message logger or see the staff member typing, but once a staff member with the anon role sends a message Tickets will instantly delete it and repost it with a webhook called "(your server name here)'s Support" 2. Run a command: While it takes a bit more work you can run the /anon-message command which will open up a popup form where you can input your message and submit the form, after that Tickets will take what you inputted and put it in the same webhook

Anyone who doesnt have the anon role will not have their messages deleted and reposted with the webhook, nor will they be able to use the command.

Additionally, all messages sent via Anonymous support will be logged so you can keep tabs on your staff.
